  4. For Dosa Soak all ingredients (except salt) of  for 8 hrs, grind it take out the batter in deep bowl, let it Fermant for 1 day.
  5. Heat the pan, drizzle some oil, spread it and wipe off with cloth, pour batter on pan in a circular motion, drizzle some oil cook till it becomes brown.
  6. Take out dosa from pan, serve Hot with sambhar and coconut chutney.
